It isn’t too often that there is a duo making music during this time, or at least that I know of. In my childhood that was a trend, my parents were huge fans of Simon & Garfunkel, Sonny & Cher and Ike & Tina Turner. In my late teens and early 20s there was Wham and then a few years later Milli Vanilli (and a huge scandal) and then more years later Outkast. They just seem less common than either soloists or larger ‘bands.’  Now we have a duo that I really enjoy – Seafret.

Seafret is a music duo with singer Jack Sedman and guitarist Harry Draper, hailing from Bridlington, England. The young men are touring Europe beginning in March of this year.  Here are 3 selections from youtube, Atlantis, Be There and Oceans, and below that links to find more of their music. Their videos tell stories and are thoughtful and interesting. Have a listen and let me know what you think in the comments.
